Service and Spare Parts
Our own service team installs, maintains and repairs the hoists we sell. We also supply spare parts such as chains, wire ropes, hooks, brakes and pendants from stock. On monorail hoists, jib cranes and gantry cranes you work with the same team from installation to maintenance years later.
Installation and commissioning
Our job does not end with delivery. The beam and hangers are checked, the hoist is fitted to the beam, the power supply is connected, the limit switches and brake are adjusted and the hoist is tested under load. If you already have a beam, we first check its profile and hangers. For more on beam systems, see our monorail crane systems page.
Technical service and repairs
If your hoist has broken down, call us or send a WhatsApp message. A photo of the rating plate and the faulty part helps us bring the right parts the first time. The faults we see most often are:
- Brake slipping: If a load creeps down while it should be held, the brake lining and adjustment must be checked.
- Limit switch fault: If the hook does not stop at its highest or lowest point, take the hoist out of use straight away.
- Pendant and contactor faults: Hoists that do not respond to a button or start on their own.
- Worn chain or rope: Stretched chain links, broken rope wires or crushing.
Periodic maintenance
Regular maintenance prevents breakdowns and extends the life of the hoist. The chain or rope, hook and safety latch, brake, limit switches, trolley wheels and electrical connections are checked, and parts are lubricated or replaced as needed. In Turkey, lifting equipment must by law have a periodic inspection at least once a year. For details, see our guide to hoist inspection and maintenance.
Spare parts
Chains, wire ropes, hooks, brakes, contactors, limit switches and pendants are in stock. When asking for a part, just give us the make, model and capacity of your hoist or send a photo of its rating plate. The load chain and the rope are chosen to match the hoist model and must not be replaced with an ordinary chain or rope.
What should I send for a service call?
- A photo of the hoist's rating plate: make, model, capacity and serial number
- A short description or a short video of the fault
- The address where the hoist is installed
Just send these on WhatsApp and we will get back to you about the service visit and parts. For the rules of safe hoist use, see our article on hoist safety rules.
Three details are enough for a quote
The load, the lifting height and the beam length. Send them on WhatsApp or give us a call and we'll come back with a model and a price.
